I love Lois so much! She was always very understanding, caring, fun, and hard working. I remember fondly all of the projects we did together at the Sherrill United Methodist church, from painting, cooking, hanging pictures, pulling weeds, and planting flowers. She was amazing! She lived out her love for God by serving others. She took me under her wing and gave me love, acceptance, confidence, and friendship-all of the things I was desperately needing when I met her. She helped care for my kids and look after us at the parsonage. She continued to bless us as she walked around the neighborhood in later years, praying for people. She liked to pick up the most beautiful leaves in the fall, and sometimes she would stop in and say hi and give me a leaf that she had found. She reminded me to find joy in the little things and notice God's beautiful creation. She is one of the most beautiful people I have ever had the honor to meet and have a friendship with. I am so glad that she is in heaven with her Garth! She is free! I can't wait to see her again! May God comfort you and give you peace in your grief.

Lois was such an inspiration to all. She was selfless and generous with her time and talent. She didn’t leave her injuries stop her, but continued with doing God’s work. She was a great Mom and raised four sons!! A testament to her patience. And they are a tribute to her influence and values. A wonderful person who is now with Garth. May she rest in peace! Our sympathy to all of her family. Eugene and Carole
