Gordon "Mike" Michael Swearingen
My sympathy to Mike's family and friends. His music added much to Happiness Inc. On our Choir tour to Omaha we stayed in the homes of church members. Mike sat up late and visited with the senior couple. He said, "Tell me about the Depression. How did your family survive those times?" Mike was authentic and had a quick wit.
Remembering fun time we had living next door in Robins. Saw Mike few years back at Fareway ringing bell for Salvation Army. May you find comfort in your fond memories of Mike that never fade away. He will be missed but not nearly as much as he will be remembered.
