Donald Luther Goss

Sad day for me. Donnie has a great step-father to me and treated me like his own. He taught me a lot of things growing up in McCook. Taught me mechanics, helped me work on my dirt bike and take me to races, working on his “Wallegator” bait, and of course all things hunting and fishing with his friends. Elk trips to the Rockies set my childhood love for the ourltdoors. Loved being around his softball friend banter and go on rod trips back to OK and Silver Dollar City. He gave me a job working for him at the lake during the summer as well. Sad we grew apart more as the years passed as we often do if someone isn’t in your daily life but I often enjoyed giving him a call on Fathers Day or when he came to mind just to let him know I was thinking about him and share hunting and fishing stories. You will be missed pops! Love you. The fish will keep getting bigger until we meet again!
