Curtis and my dad work for many years together at the city Cedar Rapids Water Department. He was a great friend of my dad's and mine. I enjoy this time that he stopped by the shop at Becker canvas and upholstery and sat and talked for hours on end. It was almost a daily Occurrence at a stop by just to shoot the breeze. He will be missed dearly and deeply by many people. Once again my utmost condolences to his family.

To Curt's family So sorry to hear of Curt's passing. He was a great neighbor, classmate, and friend. I remember Debbie and I riding around Springville with Curt and pleading with him to slow down. He would just laugh all the more. On his senior picture he signed to me that I could never make it as a race car driver. Our son, Scott, remembers talking to him when we visited my parents. Please let us know when the Celebration of Life will be. We would like to attend. Our thoughts and prayers with you all. Nancy (Shedek) McBurney
