Dwayne Kelly was a joyful man always smiling , laughing, and so very eager to talk to you. Ill health was difficult for him, but he navigated through these storms with grace and patience. We will miss him, but our lives are better because we loved him. Rest In Peace, Dear One.
Our sincerest thoughts and prayers to all the Kelley family. Dwayne was one of a kind. Loving, laughing and always enjoying the moment. Some of our fondest and amazing memories were with Dwayne, Ruthie, Uncle Jim and Aunt Pat, Joe and Cindy. We will remember Dwayne always for all the fun and joyous adventures together.
