Rest in Spiritual Assurance in the Loving Arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I and many others will miss you and how you shared Jesus and brought Jesus to us. Thank you for the opportunity to know you and be a part of your life. Your genuine friendship, honesty, and charismatic humor were and still are the best gifts I received from you. I remember the day we both arrived at Bethel Mission - where we both grew up. We talked many times and honestly shared our lives, what we did, what we faced, what we wanted to become, how Jesus was saving us, and how God was and is working in our lives. In another one of my recollections of you, one thing that surely stands out and that is that you were very non-judgemental. Thank you. As tears fill my eyes in rememberance of you I only hope that I do my very best to emulate all the Godly good that you brought into this world and made a difference in the lives of people everywhere. May God bless and comfort your family during their time of grief and help them to transform that grief into the same love that you allowed God to shine through you. Timmer.
I met Billie through being his pharmacist at Hy-Vee. He was the nicest and kindest of souls. I kept in touch with Bill after I left Hy-Vee and I will dearly. He once gave me a pen, even though he didn’t have much, and I will savior it for the rest of my life. Good bye old friend.
