Teresa "Terri" Jean McConaughy
Larry, Judy , Bruce and Family So very sorry. Our condolences.
I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to your family. I have only been a member for a short time and only had the opportunity to meet Terri once, she was a very nice lady and you could tell by her speaking she enjoyed what she did for DAR. May she rest in peace.
I am so sorry -- Terri was a one-of-a-kind-- I depended on her for her knowledge and we would working on trying to figure out a way to get another DAR application in. She took the time to talk and even took me to a research library and showed me the ropes. I truly will miss her kindness.
So sorry to hear about Terri. You and your family are in our prayers. Carol and Dean
Larry and family - we were so shocked and saddened to hear that Terri had passed away. Our deepest sympathies, we're so sorry for your loss.
We often think of Terri who drove Angus' school bus route when he started school in Anamosa. She was good to Angus and helped make the home to school transition. She stood up to nonsense and we will never forget her.
Larry, Mark & I were surprised and saddened to hear about Terri. We enjoyed her sense of humor and will miss seeing her at The River. You and your family are in our thoughts. We wish you healing & peace. Jen & Mark Novotny
Larry, Sarah and Shawna we are so sorry for your loss! Always will remember her with a smile on her face. I knew her driving my students to Iowa City for our Courthouse field trips! She loved doing those so she could spend the day in Iowa City! But it has been the last 4 years that I have had the privilege of being with her in DAR. Her dedication to our group was amazing! We will miss her terribly!
Deepest sympathies from Ben and myself. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you!
Terri and I were friends in high school. She was certainly a special friend. Even though we weren't able to stay in touch very much after high school, she touched my life and I will always remember her fondly. I'm so sorry for your loss. Laura Bonifazi class of 78
So sorry to just find out about Terri's passing she was a great friend.
Larry, Sarah, Shawna and families. I am so sorry for your loss. Terri was so proud of her family. Terri was so funny, I could get her stirred up about some random subject, get her mad as hell. It would get to where I couldn't hold it in anymore and start to smile. She would look at me and get even madder and say "Damn you ! " I will miss that. Again I am so sorry for your loss. I lost a very, very good friend.
Larry, Sarah and Shawna and Judy — we wish we could be there for Terri’s service but we’ll be thinking of all of you and praying for comfort and strength during this time. Terri was such a loving, caring person I have always been proud that we got to claim her as a Thompson-Murray cousin! I was so impressed with her attention to details in genealogy research and thought it was so cool when she assisted a WWII vet by traveling with him to visit battlefields—(or whatever that was...). She was so much fun to visit with at reunions and to keep up with the family fun times on FB. She loved you all and was so proud of her girls and the grands! (And her hubby & Mom). God bless and keep you.
