Raymond Noggle
My very deepest sympathy to Ray’s sisters, his daughter and other loved ones. I regret not being able to be there for his farewell. More so I regret not seeing him in so many years. Hugs to all. Patricia Schrodt
Raymond, my Friend. We have traveled far in our individual lives in so many different ways, but You have always been my Brother and Friend since our days at Fort Sam for our medic training. We ended up in different Divisions. You with the Big Red 1 and me with the 1st Cav. We both made it back. Many years of living and working passed and we lost touch. I thought about you from time to time and looked at your picture that you gave me and what you wrote on it. I still have it. I keep it in my treasure chest. You wrote, "Such a great friend you are. Though we must travel far, we will meet again in a valley beyond the Glen." I am grateful that we were able to talk occasionally. Yesterday I tried to call You and learned that You are with Our Father. I wish we could have talked one more time!! I miss you and look forward to seeing you someday, my Brother-Friend. . As you wrote, " We will meet again in a Valley beyond the Glen.". Thomas
Very sorry to hear such sad news. I worked with Ray for just a few years before he retired, but that was plenty of time to know just how special he was. We'll miss you Ray!!
Sorry to hear the news! Seems yesterday he and Suzie were sitting in our home visiting. He will be missed!
I also was a medic with the 1st in Vietnam, in fact we dug a few foxholes together on operations that we were sent out on and spent many nights on guard duty. He was a good and honorable guy.
