Raymond Noggle

On Friday June 7, 2019 Raymond Noggle 72 passed away. Ray was born in Dubuque, IA on January 7,1947. He  Graduated from Dubuque Senior Highschool. He served in the US Army and in Vietnam as a medic from 1966-1967.

Ray had a passion for fishing and hunting. He fished often with his granddaughter Kirstyn Carroll and also enjoyed taking people from Genesis fishing and anyone else who would go with him. He loved football especially the Dallas Cowboys. He loved Texas and enjoyed eating at Texas Roadhouse. He was very outgoing and friendly to everyone. He had the biggest heart and would do anything for anybody.

Raymond is preceded in death by his parents and his daughter Meshell. Survived by his special friend Suzie Thomas. Daughters Rachael Saddoris (Robert) and Melissa Williams (Courtney), 10 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter. Many sisters and brothers.

There will be a Celebration of Life at the American Legion in Belle Plaine, IA on Friday June 14, 2019 from 5-7 PM.

A memorial fund has been established in Raymonds name.
