Obituary for Frank Rogers Hendrickson

Its very to learn about Frank's passing! We came to know him and Joan with four beautiful children in December of 1966, when visiting Chicago. Later in 1967 summer moved to Oak Park when I i joined him in section of Therapeutic Radiology in Department of Radiology at Presbyterian St. Luke Hospital. I worked with closely in department and developed a life long friendship with him and his family! Following as the next chair the department he create and Chaired at Rush was an honor to me! Frank was a great teacher, articulate and had a great sense of humor. He was a gardener, golfer and a great story teller. He even played tennis one with me and played well! He was a dear friend, a leader, wonderful human lending his help to anyone who needed it. Frank and Joan raised four wonderful children and a great family and taught us many life lessons! We mourn his loss but celebrate his life and friendship! Our since condolence goes to his family!
