Jan & family - so so sorry. We will truly miss Jim in our neighborhood. Always out there caring for the lawn, plants, flowers, trees & more. He also was a huge presence in Fairfax at the legion functions & more. He will be missed by all that knew him. My heart goes out to you & the family.
Jan and Family: Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. May the memories you made over the years sustain you during this difficult time. Sorry we can not be with you for the services on Friday but we are out of town at a graduation in Wisconsin. Again our sympathy to the entire family.
My condolences to Jim's family. I volunteered with Jim for Eastern Iowa Honor Flight, and it was my honor to know him. He will be missed by all.
Jan and family. My heart is heavy, but so many wonderful memories of Jim. It was an honor and a privilege to get to know him and work together on USA Days and Honor Flights. He will be deeply, deeply missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Elaina Kempin
RIP Jim: It was a pleasure knowing you and working with you as a member of the Eastern Iowa Honor Flight. You served well as out interim treasurer, and were invaluable in what all you were able to do for us in many differing roles and functions. Thank you for your service to our country and to EIHF.
Jan & Family I worked with Jim at Ryerson( Vincent Metal Goods) for over 20 years, a good man. Our hearts are with you, sorry we cannot be there today. What a great man & smile Peace be with you all Larry & Kathy Solem
My thoughts and prayers to Jan, Ann, Darren and their family. I am sorry to say that I cannot make it to the memorial as I will be out of town. Jim will be in my thoughts as I am traveling back to Iowa in Friday. He always had a huge smile on his face when I saw him and loved visiting with him.
