I am so very sorry for your loss! Me. Sailor was such a nice man and so patient...he taught me howi to drive. May he rest in peace and I hope all the good memories bring you all joy at this sad time.
Knew him from school. 1970-74. He was a kind man. RIP Mr. Sailor.
Sailor family so sorry for your loss, but I must say I think of Mr. Sailor every winter as I am driving and say a "thank you" to him for teaching me how to drive on icy road and know what to do. May peace be with you. Lea Fleener Weldon class of 74
Mr. Sailor was my Drivers Ed teacher in 1963...a scary experience for him I’m sure. He was also my Science teacher Fresh Yr. So I have known him over 50 yrs. An all around nice man, soft spoken and always a pleasure to visit with. Condolences to his family.
Sounds like many of remember Mr. Sailor as our driving teacher. The man was saint to put up with us..... and teach us so wonderfully. He never seemed to flinch.... not even when our turn with the car ended up in a knocked over stop sign. He kept after me to get my license..... when I was scared to do so. When I passed that test, I knew that I could keep on passing scary tests. Thanks, Mr. Sailor for all you were to us!
I'm so very sorry to hear of the passing of one of the greatest men ever. It's a very sad day for Albia. Thus man was a wonderful teacher. I will keep this family in my thoughts and prayers. Again I'm so sorry.
