Donald Louis Wederquist

Don was the first face I saw when I walked into the House Chambers each morning. He always greeted me with such a pleasant response. I will miss his friendship and support. He will forever be missed.

I am very sorry to hear about Don. As a legislator, Don was the smile and greeting for us every morning as we came into the House. He enjoyed visiting with us, telling stories and always wishing us a good day. As Sergeant-at-Arms, he took his responsibilities very seriously. He was a pleasure to serve with and has been missed since his retirement. My sincere condolences to you and your family.

I worked with Don at the Capitol. I dearly loved him. He never missed a chance to give me a hard time or laugh at a joke. He was one of the sweetest men I have ever met. I will really miss him and his contagious smile. I am so happy I got the chance to know him and love him. Prayers and blessings to your family.
