Survivors include his wife, Shirley; daughters, Kim (Ryan) Hughes of Cedar Rapids, Kelly (Bill) Nolte of Atkins, Angela (Kerry) Sanders of Cedar Rapids; Son, Arthur S. (Sharon) Elliott III of Marengo; Mother, Mary Cochran of Atkins; Sister, Ardyth Cubbage of Muscatine; also surviving are several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur S. Elliott Sr., and sister, Arlene Littrel.
