Obituary for Barbara Doane Hall

Dear Andrew and family: I am saddened to hear of your loss. While I have not seen your mother in years, I still hold fond memories of your mother's warm welcoming and smile when I visited your home in Batavia. She routinely made sure I was offered a sandwich and a glass of milk. I enjoyed listening to her jab Andrew for being less of a host. She was always engaging and kind. I believe Andrew, I and a few other friends often stretched her patience, which she had plenty of, certainly instilled from raising all of you. Your mother was and is a true angel. She will be missed, but remain in my fondest of memories.
