Phillip R. Frahm

Randy and Rich. So sorry to hear of your Dad's death. The day your father died I was looking through an old photo album. My school principal was putting together a video of her staff as they appeared in high school. I came across pictures of us enjoying our time in Indianapolis in the mid 70's. Brought back memories of you two and hanging out at your folks house in Cedar Falls. I remember your dad being such a kind, gentle, fun loving man. My condolences to your Mom and the both of you.

From the day we first met Phil, we LOVED him...he was such a kind and caring man and the best neighbor we could have ever hoped for....always giving us great tips about what to see in AZ and always willing to give a hand, especially knowledgeable and helpful with computer issues! We are so saddened to hear of his death and V.D.O. will never be the same without him. We will miss his beautiful smile and our daily chats... We are thinking of you Elizabeth and keeping you and your family in our prayers as you mourn the loss of a truly remarkable man. Sincerely, Debbie and Charlie

I worked for Phil many times over the years he was a supervisor. He was a fair man to his employees and I never heard anything but good things said about him. In our line of work that was rare. My deepest sympathy goes out to his family.

Phil and Elizabeth and family moved in across the street. They fit right into one of those old fashioned neighborhoods where everyone helped everyone else. As a longtime ATandT persons he brought a special skill set to all of us. He said to me once if the manual was good he could fix anything and that's a fact. He climbed up into my attic one day and took one look at a relay and said this isn't wired right. He fixed it! Elizabeth is the All-American mother and wife with her own skill sets and I love her Pine needle Baskets.Live the wonderful memories.

When I was growing up in Cedar Falls, Phil and Elizabeth lived across the street, and up one house on Orchard Dr....They were always good neighbors to us, and kind to us as kids while we were growing up. I'll continue to remember his great smile. I am so sorry for your loss, Elizabeth and family.

Elizabeth, Randy, Rich, Doug & Will - I was truly saddened to hear of the passing of Phil! What a great picture, he always had that smile on! What could a boy want… four boys moved in across the street, sweet! I have so many great memories of our years living across the street, from playing basketball (a few broken garage door windows), whiffle ball in the back yard to our New Year’s Day Family parties. What a great family to grow up with! Will keep you in our thoughts & prayers. Keep the Faith & Hold tight to those great memories Pete & Cindy Olson
