Beverly Louise Draves
I grew up in MCC and was blessed to meet Bev early in my life. She was a blessing during high-school and for so many years after. I don't think I've ever heard Bev complain and never find a solution when one was needed!! Bev touched the hearts of so many, her memory will be long-lasting for years and generations to come.
I am so sorry to learn of Bev's passing, I wish I had known about it sooner. Please accept my condolences, I enjoyed working with her when Christian was in my class. She was a kind, caring, compassionate person. I am so sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Sarah Dowd
My condolences go to the Draves family in the loss of such a sweet woman. Bev always had a smile on her face and a kind word for everyone. She was the nursing instuctor at St. Luke's School of Nursing when I met her and saw her intermittently through the years, usually at St. Luke's. She was a lovely person and she will be missed.
Bev was one of my instructors many years ago at St. Luke's School of Practical Nursing. She always had a smile on her face and treated everyone with respect. Later, I had the privilege of working with her at St. Luke's when she was in the Admissions Department. A great lady who will be missed by many. My sympathy to her family.
Many years ago I taught Sunday School at Marion Christian and Bev assisted me in our classroom. I grew up going to Marion Christian Church and it was really only when I started teaching Sunday School with Bev that I had the joy of getting to know her. She was a wonderful person and we had a lot of fun together. I lost touch with her once I got married and moved away, but I never forgot her and thought about her often. I am so sorry to hear that she passed away. She was one-of-a-kind and those that knew her should always remember just how lucky we were to have her touch our lives.
Worked with Bev several years at St Luke's. She was an excellent and well liked associate and a very gracious lady.
My condolences to the Draves family. She was beautiful both inside and out and I never saw her without a smile. She was helpful whenever I had questions at the extension office and through 4-H. I loved seeing her at her granddaughters' sporting events. She will be missed by so many people. I am glad I had the opportunity to know her. My prayers will be with you.
Thoughts and prayers for Mrs Draves family. She was one of my instructors in nurses training at St Luke's several years ago, detailed and compassionate, an excellent nurse and a dear lady. Trusting the Lord to provide peace and comfort to her family and friends.
Bev was such a wonderful & loving woman. I've known her since I was a kid when I attended Marion Christian Church. Her & Ron were such a great influence to me growing up, and even treated me like their own Grandchild. May Bev smile down upon all of us as she has now found peace.
