Janice Marie Embree
I have so many wonderful memories that I will cherish forever! I am going to miss you so very much, and already do! Love you, Mom! Death is nothing else but going home to God, the bond of love will be unbroken for all eternity. ~Mother Teresa~
Curt, My prayers are with you at this time, I am so sorry to hear of your loss of your mother. May God Bless.
Dear family, I was saddened to hear of the death of my friend, Jan, and would like to myextend sympathy to all of you. We worked at the Cass County Courthouse (just different offices), but she was an easy person to get to know and I considered her a good friend. Always had a smile on her face and laughed alot. I truly enjoyed her and she'll never be forgotten. God bless you all. Patti Waters
Dear Curt, Craig and Carla: I was sorry to read that your mother had passed away. I worked with your mother at the Cass County Assessor's Office in Atlantic. We were always getting into trouble with Bonnie. We always managed to have fun together!I hope your mother is having good luck at the BIG CASINO in Heaven. Sincerely, Norma E. Schaaf Massena, Iowa
I had the pleasure of meeting Jan while working at Heritage. She will be greatly missed and I enjoyed sitting and chatting with her and Bella whenever I had a free moment. My thoughts and prayers are with her family during this time.
To the family of Janice Embree, Please accept my deepest sympathy in the loss or your mother, sister, grandmother. When Janice lived in Atlantic she worked for a time at the Assessor's Office in Courthouse and I worked across the hall in the Engineer's Office, so we ocassionally took our coffee breaks together. We would rehash old times when we were in highschool together and she always shared good things about her family as she was very devoted to all her kids. I know she will be missed by many. God Bless you all and hold onto the good memories.
"Hello", Forever friend! I think friendships that start at a younger time are there to encapsulate certain memories for a future time. My memory, while not the usual 'awe-inspiring' one is a classic 'mother' one. I can still hear your mother yelling your name in that warning tone, and you yelling back an excuse, and always telling her to quit smoking. I remember your dad being the easy going style, and just grinning and bearing the 'fights':) My thoughts are with you and Curt and Craig, along with prayers that God will keep a close grip on all of you-holding you tightly but softly, and guiding you through to endure and know the next steps you take. You will not be left alone. Big, squeeze of a hug to you, my Friend!
