Deb & Family, I was so sorry to hear about Randy's passing and I hope that you are finding comfort in treasured memories of a beloved husband & father. The poem below conveys better than any words I could say how much I pray you find peace in your sorrow: Remembered Joy Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free! I follow the plan God laid for me. I saw his face, I heard his call, I took his hand and left it all… I could not stay another day, To love, to laugh, to work or play; Tasks left undone must stay that way. And if my parting has left a void, Then fill it with REMEMBERED JOY A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, Ah yes, these things I, too, shall miss. My life’s been full, I’ve savored much: Good times, good friends, a loved one’s touch. Perhaps my time seemed all too brief – Don’t shorten yours with undue grief. Be not burdened with tears of sorrow. Enjoy the sunshine of the morrow.
Deb and Family, I was very saddened to hear of Randy's death this morning from my brother Dennis. Randy and I along with Leon were the only ones in our class for the first 5 years of country school. We remained very good friends all the way through high school and beyond. Randy and his family used to be our neighbors growing up as kids out on the farm. Those times are some very good memories of Randy. I even worked for Randy's Dad, Duywane for a short period of time after my I was discharged from the Army. They are a very nice family. My heartfelt condolences to you Gloria and Brenda.

I worked with Deb several years ago at St. Luke’s hospital in Aberdeen and from what I heard Deb and others say about Randy back then he was a wonderful man. I remember Deb talking about their family camping trips and how Randy was always gung-ho to jump in the Winnebago on the weekends he had off from 3M. Hopefully those good memories will help you with your sorrow. I am very sorry for your loss. Chris Larson
