David, Jason, Kimberly and Kristin - You've never met me, problaby haven't heard of me, but I met your father while staying at Wray and Jo Ann's house in Dallas during a difficult period in my life. Your father and I began corresponding on a regular basis back in late 95 and have done so for the past almost 15 years. It's been an amazing journey as we have shared our past and daily lives with one another over that period of time (I came to know each of you through his stories) . . . He saw me through a great deal in my life during those 15 years - times of joy and sadness, he shared in my triumphs and disappointments, most of all he was my friend, he was my Uncle Nanny. There will never be another, I am richer for having had him in my life, and he has left an indelible mark in my life that I will continue to pay forward to others. Godspeed to you four as you continue your journeys in life, know that your dad will ALWAYS be with you in spirit - God Bless, Jo Ann Busch-Flanagan P. S. Should you wish to contact me for any reason, you may do so via email - jbuschflanagan@cableone.net
David, thoughts and prayers are with you & your family. I know that you will treasure family memories now more than ever. Your father was a fine man & did a lot for Cape Girardeau.
Dear Gale's Family-- I worked for him as his secy at Cape Girardeau, MO. He hired me for my first full time job. What an honor. I was so sad when he resigned there. We kept in contact with each other through the years. I received a letter from Gale religiously every three months. I knew something was wrong when I didn't hear from him Christmas. What a great loss. He & Joyce were dear friends of my family. My Sympathy To All of You-- Sincerely, Gail McNeely Joest
David-- I was hoping to hear from you. My e-mail is gailjoest@gmail.com if you wish to contact me. My heart is so heavy to hear of Gale's death just like it was when we heard about Joyce. Hope to hear from you. Regards, Gail
