To the Lowe Family, My sincerest condolences for your loss. I knew Mr. Lowe from East High School, in the '70's. I'll always remember him for his quiet smile, the way his presence commanded respect of all that encountered him, and a calming sense of protective fairness. Embrace and cherish your loving memories of a wonderful man. God bless you all, Adrienne (Williamson) Johnson

Your all in my prayers and he will be truly missed. I still remember him and Daddy always talking alot. Mr Lowe at East High always had that captivating smile that would make you know to behave or you knew he would call Herb. Take care and be blessed.

He will be missed. As a mentor to me over the years I will miss his advice and counsel. He helped me as a youth to move in the right direction when there were few people who cared. He always tried to make his part of the world a better place. Thanks J. Russel.

Mr. Lowe was one of the great educators that had a quality of professionalism and style when I was in junior high and high school that many educators today, and in the past could greatly benefit from. The sincere, gentle smile of his; I will always remember. Sending my sympathy to his family.

Russell made a very positive and lasting impression on me during my senior year at East High School. He was as much a "life" teacher as he was a drafting instructor. I thoroughly enjoyed knowing him. My condolences to his family.

We all need someone to look up to - I have looked up to Russ Lowe since the very day I met him. Russ, it was an honor to know you. You (together with your dear wife Joy) gave back far more to this world than I could ever begin to imagine. You will be missed, my friend.
