David R. Adams
To all of David's Family: Our deepest sympathy at this time of sorrow. I wish I could say that we knew David well, but I personally (Paula) may have met him in South Dakota at Aunt Erma's. Yes, I'm a cousin, grandaughter of Helen Banghart (Erma's Sister). We are in the Cedar Rapids area now as we just burried my husbands father at 59 who also lost his life to cancer this past week. We know all too well how you're feeling and we are sorry for your loss. As I wish I knew David better and the rest of you, our love and sympathy is extended in your time of grief. With much love from extended family.
I will always remember Dave for his quick smile, friendly demeanor and professionalism. He was a true joy to work with! My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
I wish to express my deepest condolences. I knew Dave through the telecom group ITUG. We enjoyed visiting at meetings and conferences. I have an especially fond memory when I brought my mother to an ITUG meeting in Des Moines years ago, and Dave and my Mom shared memories as fellow South Dakotans, and spoke about one of my relatives who had lived near Chamberlain. We'll miss Dave greatly. Randy Hayes
I consider Dave a dear friend who will be truly missed. We'll all remember him with many fond memories. Sorry I was not able to attend the visitation to pay my respects to his family. My thoughts are prayers are with all of you. God Bless.
Roberta and Nate, let our prayers be with you as you go through the process of grieving. Dave touched many people including our family and will be dearly missed. The Roses
Dave was a wonderful man and an awesome person to work for. He will be greatly missed by everyone he had a opportunity to share his life with.
I met Dave many years ago because of our telecommunications connection. He was always willing to help me whenever I called. Dave was a good friend. I will truly miss him and his "special" smile.
David was loved by everyone who knew him. His zest for life, his sense of humor, and his strength were trademarks of Dave's character. Though his MANY friends will miss him greatly, we have an abundance of happy memories with which to remember such a wonderful man! May God's strength and protection be with his wife, Roberta and his son, Nathan. We will keep you in our prayers !!!!
I feel blessed to have worked for such a great man as Dave. He was truly an inspiration to me as I forge ahead in my career and life. Dave's zest for life, his love for his family and his extended work family are just some of the traits that have led me to admire him so much and help me to understand that thru these convictions he is watching us from on high. Dave has taught me that the values of HONESTY & LOYALTY can be alive in well in corporate America if you choose to live by these values and not compromise yourself. Roberta & Nate you are in my families thoughts and prayers and let the many happy times lead you thru your sorrows.
Roberta and Nate, We were so sorry to hear about Dave. Our thoughts are with you.
Our deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to Roberta, Nate, and all of Dave's family. Dennis feels very fortunate to have been hired by Dave and to have worked with him at APAC since 1995. Dave was a mentor, a great friend, and an inspiration to me and to everyone that worked with him. He made the tough times easier to bear and the good times even better. We will miss his wit, his smile, and his leadership but are comforted in our many fond memories of him. May your memories be a comfort to you in this time of loss.
I have many fond memories of working with Dave. I worked with him at APAC in the mid 90's. Wishing you peace and fond memories. My thoughts and prayers go out to you.
I will always remember Dave as the person who took care of others. He was an extremely smart guy and could talk in the most technical of terms yet turn right around and make you laugh with some corny joke. He was a very dear friend and I will miss his laughter and his stories very much. I hope he knew how very much we all loved him.
I first met Dave many years ago when I was APAC's MCI rep. I remember him as friendly, professional and easy to work with. More recently I saw Dave at the Iowa Telecommunications Users Group (ITUG) meetings and seminars. We'll miss him. Condolences, caring and hope to friends and family.
Im a friend of Daves through ITUG for over 15 years. I worked at Principal Financial Group just after Dave left there but worked with many of his peers for a number of years. So I feel like I have worked with Dave myself. Dave ALWAYS had a smile and a funny story. I always learned a lot from him during our visits at ITUG and he was always willing to share and help anyone. I can not attend the visitation but wanted to sign the guestbook and let his family know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. May your memories of all the good times give you the strength that you need during this time and during the challenges ahead.
I worked with Dave at APAC from 1991 to 2003 and remember him with kindness. My thoughts go out to you. Hayley (formerly Weinper)
I am very sorry to here of Davids passing. We were class mates in high school. David was a great guy and will be greatly missed.May his memory live on in the hearts of all he touched.
We wish to express our deepest sympathies to the family. May you be comforted knowing that Dave has touched many people in a positive way and made this world a better place.
I am truly sorry to hear of Dave's illness and passing. I knew Dave through the telecommunications groups I belonged to when I worked at CUNA in Waverly, IA. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Kind, gentle, fun, intelligent, sports fan, boss, mentor, friend. Those are just a few words that describe Dave Adams and what he meant to us. He touched our lives in such a positive way and we will miss him deeply. Although we profoundly grieve the loss of Dave now, little by little the sadness will subside and well be left with memories of a truly wonderful man. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Roberta, Nate and the rest of the Adams family.
Roberta and Nate, Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
Dave was a blessing and inspiration to all who worked with him. My deepest sympathies to family and friends.
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I first met Dave at an Iowa Telecommunications Users Group Meeting 15+ years ago. At the time, Dave was the ITUG contact for The Principal Group as I recall before moving over to APAC. We worked together on a number of projects for the ITUG group and always had lively discussions on technology at the monthly lunch meetings. He'll be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
I am an employee of Principal Life Insurance in Des Moines, Iowa, and have fond memories of David when he worked for The Principal. I extend my prayers and condolences to David's family.
