Bev & Barb, You're in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Gary has fond memories of the family gatherings at your home in Sioux City like playing Scabble at the kitchen nook. He also mentioned that your home was beautifully decorated at Christmas -- decorating was probably one of Marie's talents. I hope wonderful memories of your Mom fill your minds and bring peace to your hearts.
Barb and Bev, Sorry to hear about your loss. As the pastor said at my dad's funeral, in heaven they have a new body and they are better off. I will always remember the great Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners I had at your parent's house when I was growing up. God be with you during this time.
When she was well Marie loved to walk and she was always spotting coins others were to lazy to pick up. Marie also loved to share her flower garden with her friends and family.
