Obituary for David Lee Fall

David Lee Fall, 76, of Olin, Iowa, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, following a short illness. Per his wishes, no services are being planned. 

Dave was born January 17, 1950, in Anamosa, Iowa, to Wrenden "Rusty" and Helen (Bendixen) Fall. He graduated from Olin High School in 1969. After graduation, Dave married the love of his life, Connie Boots, on October 16, 1970. The couple made their home in Olin. Dave and Connie spent many years on the road together, driving semi cross-country for various carriers.

Dave is survived by his wife, Connie Fall of Olin; four children, Dan (Terra) Bonner of Paragould, Arkansas, Rebecca Chittenden of Amana, Heather (Matt) Van Trump of Iowa City, and David (Carrie) Fall of Lisbon; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a brother, Randy (Marty) Fall of Anamosa.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Michael Fall and Steven Fall; and a grandson.
