Lois Mae Glage, 76, of Cedar Rapids, passed away February 1, 2026. Iowa Cremation is assisting the family.
Lois was born on August 31, 1949, in Monticello, IA, the daughter of George and Mary Jean (Alrichs) Taylor. She retired from the City of Cedar Rapids Parks Department in 2019. Lois cherished the time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her children, Cynthia Akers, Heinzel Glage, and Tina (Ryan) Toom all of Cedar Rapids; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren with one on the way; brother, Rick Taylor of Springville; and sister, Sandy (Loras) Faber of Monticello.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
