She was born on August 16, 1940 in Maquoketa, Iowa. Linda was united in marriage to Lawrence Kruger on February 26, 1963, in Cedar Falls, Iowa. They had two children, Kara (Andy) of Waterloo, Iowa and Steve (Kaylen) of Golden, Colorado.
Lawrence preceded Linda in death on February 17, 2025. She is survived by both of her children and her sister, Cathy.
