Brian Douglas White

Brian, 63, passed away on April 22, 2026, peacefully after a period of declining health. Though his passing came too soon, he lived a life marked by resilience, craftsmanship, and a deeply caring heart.

He is survived by his parents, Marlene and Jerry White; his sister, Teri (Dave) Redig; his brother, David (Sheri) White; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his daughter, Breanne.

In his younger years, Brian proudly served in the United States military, including time spent in Korea. He carried that sense of discipline and independence with him throughout his life.

A skilled carpenter and contractor, he took great pride in his work. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to quality, he built structures that stand today as a lasting testament to his craftsmanship and dedication.

He had a lifelong love of motorcycles and found freedom and joy on the open road. Even in his final days, he continued to embrace that passion, going for a ride just days before his passing.

Brian faced many personal challenges throughout his life, but those who knew him best also knew his generosity and willingness to help others in times of need. He had a good heart, worked hard, and cared deeply for those around him.

He will be remembered for his strength, his skill, and the kindness he showed to others. He will be missed by his family and all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life was held on May 22 at Jester Park Savannah Shelter #3 from 4-6pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Celebrate Recovery at Lutheran Church of Hope
