Gaye Helen Doeden
I was so sorry to see Gaye's obituary in the Minnesota Startribune. Gaye was a coworker, neighbor, and just a lovely person to know. Both Andrea and Kerri babysat for us (coming to the house with a box of special toys!) I was saddened to read of Andrea's passing as well, but it looks like she shared her mother's special qualities. Both of these beautiful women are now gone, but not forgotten. May they both rest in peace.
I worked with Gaye at the Southdale Library in Edina, Minnesota during the 1990s. Then it was so fun when her daughter Kerri married Eric Goers. Eric and his family had been my neighbors back in the Chicago Area. It was such a fun coincidence. Gaye was a lovely person to work with and I know will really be missed by her children and grandchildren. My condolences.
