Rosemary Elizabeth Foster, daughter of Goldie & Albert Garrow born in Davenport Iowa on 10/27/35 passed away peacefully in her home on 2/5/25 with her family and ‘fur baby’ Leo.
Married in 1952, she was preceded in death, by her loving husband Raymond Foster and her 5 siblings. Devoted mother of Lynda (Greg) Johnson, Deedee (Mick) Mcalister Burlington IA; Bobbie (Mark) Rejack Scotia NY; Peggy (Terence) Clare Conway SC; Cynnamon Crabb Burlington IA; Raymond Foster Port Byron IL along with 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren survive and we will miss her every day.
She enjoyed travelling and spending time with all those she loved. A longtime member of Bethany Lutheran Church Burlington IA, ‘Rose’ will be dearly missed by all who knew her. A memorial service will take place at Bethany Lutheran Church, Burlington, IA at a later date.
