Leona “Onie” Brown

Our sympathy to all family. We enjoyed visits with Aunt Onie many times. Jay remembers being a kid and looking forward to Uncle Marvin and Aunt Onie coming to visit and share stories. Since we’ve been married, Jay and I liked your folks visits here.. I remember aunt Onie giving me tips while I was making apple pie. In recent years Jay would phone and tease her on her birthday every April 15. He appreciated her witty comments back to him. Sorry we can’t join you for memorial service on Wednesday.

Judy, our deepest sympathies to you and the family. What a lovely obituary. Call on us for whatever you need, whether it is large or small. Take care of yourself during this stressful time. While we know where your mom is now, saying goodbye is hard. Lean on your friends. Take things slowly. Love from us to you and the family. 💕

Grandma I am so very blessed to have your quilts on my bed and I hope that my music makes you happy in heaven because I know you’re going to watch me play piano for you. I’m going to miss you a lot. But I know you’re with grandpa and you have a new body so you can jam out when I get there.
