Bill E. Hutchings
To the Hutchings family: I am soooo sorry about you all losing Bill. He was such a gem and I think most of the women that knew him were 'in love' with him in secret. (those blue eyes!) I know that I admired him and wished all my life that he had been my dad, too. I just realized that I have been thinking about your family a lot in the past few days. I wonder what that was about? Tima, I never saw a man look at his wife with such love as he did you. You were so lucky! And for 74 years??? That's more than anyone I've ever known. Such devotion. Wally, I hope your life has been a good one since I saw you last (at Hy-Vee. I gave you a ride home with your groceries). I'm sorry for the loss of your dad. He was a great man. Lila, you are my oldest friend. I remember being with your family and feeling like a member myself. Your parents were my ideal image of what parents should be and I will never forget them or their kindness. All of you please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers and if there's anything you need, just let me know. Email me or call me at 319-862-0251. Love to you always, Faye
Tima, we are so sorry for you. Bill was such a nice man. Ken has lots of memories of the years they worked together. With deepest sympathy, love and prayers, Ken and Sharyl Achilles
Rob and i were sorry to hear of Bill's passing. He was a gentleman with so much love for his "sparkplug" wife Tima. Haven't seen you in decades but wanted to pass along our most sincere condolences to Tima and family. Congratulations on your 74 years together on this earth from a couple who are very proud of their 53 years together. Sincerely, Rob and Konnie Mitchell Cedar Rapids
