Debra Wierck
Debra Wierck, 60, of Waterloo, IA passed away on June 17th, 2024, at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home. A memorial will be held at Backbone State Park on July 20th at 12 pm.
Deb was born on August 18, 1963. She attended Oelwein High School, received her GED, and graduated with her bachelor’s in psychology. From a young age, she loved helping people. As she grew older, she found her love for rocks, plants, gardening, and cats. She adored her cat, Jesse.
Deb is survived by her father, Gary Crawford; fiancé, Duane Cook; brother, Gary Allen Crawford; sister, Michelle Brackin (Brad); children, Brian Goede (Annette), Kyle Crawford (Justine), Randall Wierck, Stephanie Wierck; grandchildren, Peyton Goede and Amiyah Crawford; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother, Sandy Crawford and sister, Regina Forbes (Rob).
