Marcia Ann Bailey
Marcia Ann Bailey, 82, of Indianola passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at Mercy Hospital, due to complication from a surgical procedure.
Marcia was born January 23, 1942, in Fort Dodge, Iowa; the daughter of E.G. “Ben” Bailey and Delilah (Bucy) Bailey. She graduated high school in Marathon in 1959. Upon retiring she enjoyed traveling and moving between Texas and Iowa.
Marcia is survived by her son, Mark (Tonia) of Waukee; grandchildren, Chris of Waukee, Chloe (Joe) of Waukee; great grandson, Roak of Waukee; brother-in-law, Gordon of Cedar Rapids; and her beloved nephews and their families.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Delilah; and sister, Diane.
She will be missed by her family and many friends. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
