Arthur “Art” Raymond Savary
To the family, deep sorrows for ur lost.
Sending condolence to the family. I enjoyed his trip back to Dubuque. When he and Betty would stop at Mom's, Bonnie ( Savary-Lohberg) Love and visit all the time. When he had time too he would stop in DBQ City Hall, where I worked and to hello. He was fun and love to hear his stories about the service and his life. I did try to connect him the last couple of years, by phone and wasn't successful. May rest in peace an always be remember as a great man.
