Ronald Lee Wheeler, 78, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.
Per Ron’s wishes, no services are planned at this time. Inurnment will be held in Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Survivors include his sons, David (Lana) Wheeler of Walford, and Dane (Robin) Wheeler of Port Charlotte, FL; brothers, Dean Wheeler and Terry Wheeler, both of Cedar Rapids. Along with several grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
Ronald Lee Wheeler was born December 5, 1944, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the son of Robert A. and Geraldine D. (Motley) Wheeler. Ron was self-employed laborer for many years in the Cedar Rapids area. He was an avid card and pool player in the Cedar Rapids area.
