Diane Hazelbaker, 75, passed away at home on September 30, 2023, surrounded by her family after a long illness. Diane was born on March 9, 1948, in Eldora, Iowa. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 14, 2023, at Third Church, 708 East 13th Street, Pella, Iowa. Diane’s family will be present to receive guests starting at 11:00.
