Sarah-Lee D. Gaudreau, 85, died November 30, 2023 at her residence in North Liberty, Iowa following a lengthy battle with illness.

She was born May 24, 1938 in Barre, Vermont to Alden and Florence (Rogers) Davis. She graduated from Williamstown High School in 1956 and then studied at the University of Vermont. She graduated from UVM in 1960 with a B.S. in Education. She began teaching math in Woodstock, Vermont soon after.

She married Donald J. Gaudreau on June 15, 1963 in Claremont, New Hampshire. They had 3 daughters and lived in Claremont until moving to Kalona, Iowa in 1990.

During her life, she taught math in multiple settings, and was then employed at ACT in Iowa City, IA once moving to the area.

Upon retiring in 2000, she dedicated much of her time volunteering in the accounting department of her church. She was a woman of faith and immense strength, loved by many.

Survivors include her husband, Donald Gaudreau of North Liberty, IA ; 3 daughters, Robin Harris (Bristol) of Wellman, IA, Heather Lum (Woody) of Honolulu, HI, Julie Issa (Anthony) of Marion, IA; 4 brothers, John Davis of Williston, VT, Thomas Davis (Linda) of Randolph, VT, Ray Davis of Burlington, VT, Roy Davis (Gail) of Groton, VT; 1 sister, Priscilla Tassie of Graniteville, VT; 6 grandchildren, Ryan (Katie) , Bailie and Samuel Harris, Jonathan, Thomas and Gabriel Issa; and 1 great granddaughter,  Norah Harris.

She was predeceased by a brother, Jerry Davis, and her parents, Alden and Florence Davis.
