Obituary for Neoma Geraldine Starnes

The world lost another of the greater generation when Ms Neoma passed onto a better life. Who more deserving to have streets lined with gold awaiting them? She was inspirational as a woman, a neighbor, a wife and a Mother, She and Duane raised a beautiful family of boys who gave her such pride. When the family moved from our neighborhood in Churchill Grove, we lost one of the best families and I lost a great mentor. You were a beautiful lady Neoma and left a great impression on hearts.
