Debra Kay Sullivan, 69, of Charles City, passed away on July 28, 2023, at Floyd County Memorial Hospital in Charles City. Iowa Cremation is assisting the family.
Debra was born on May 4, 1954, in Charles City, Iowa, the daughter of Lee Eugene and Ardell Lavon (Stegen) Sullivan. She graduated from Hamilton College. Debra had worked as a client service specialist in the commercial insurance industry. She loved reading and her cat, Bella.
Survivors include her brother Steven (Bonita) Sullivan of Charles City and sisters Becky Allyn of Charles City, Donna (Curt) Hammerberg of Belle Plaine, MN, and Karen Uker of Charles City.
Preceding her in death were her parents; brother Larry Sullivan; and sister Gloria Wilson.
