Survivors include his parents Donald and Jacqueline Taylor of Wellman, daughter Samantha Taylor of Cedar Rapids, son Wyatt Taylor of Cedar Rapids, brothers Jeremy Taylor of Wellman and Danny Taylor of Wellman, sister Shanna Taylor of Cedar Rapids and nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death is both sets of grandparents.
