Linda Kay Fox, 68, of Dysart, Iowa, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2022.
She was born on May 9, 1954, to John and Donna (Walton) Shreeves.
Survivors include her children, Tina (Richard) Smith of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Jeremy Fox of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Eva Fox of Saudi Arabia, Jesse Fox of Hollywood, California; grandchildren, Jamie Fox, Amie Fox, Kylee Fox, Kaylee Fox, Taylor Mease, Tyler Smith, Lexi Fox, Tyce Mease; five great-grandchildren; her brother Larry (Sherri) Shreeves of Marion, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her parents & her brothers Lynn and David Shreeves.
She was so proud of her children and loved us unconditionally. She was a great example of forgiveness. Things she enjoyed were listening to the birds chirping, crickets, sitting in the sun, cheese burgers, french fries, along with a chocolate malt.
We will miss the excitement in her voice when we entered a room or Called her on the phone. She had a nickname for everyone which made people smile. Sweet, spicy and so much fun!
We will forever be grateful for the staff at Sunnycrest Nursing Home. They loved her, took such good care of her and called her Foxy! She loved it there.
