Harlen Westerholm, 89, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa passed away at home Saturday, June 11, 2022. A memorial will be scheduled at a later date.
Survivors include his daughter, Julie Gordon, of Denver, Colorado; son, David, of Cedar Rapids and granddaughter, Kirsten Guffey, of Dallas, Texas. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris and siblings, Betty Norin and Kleo.
Harlen was born November 10, 1932, in Allamakee County, Iowa to Harry Westerholm and Abbie Westerholm (nee Miller). He served in the United States Air Force from 1951 to 1955. He met and later married Doris in 1957.
Harlen liked to hunt and fish. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and watching western movies.
