Wava L. Vandolah, 85, of Marion, died Monday, January 3, 2022, in her home with family by her side.
A Celebration of Life will be held privately.
Surviving is her husband of 67 years, Vernon Vandolah; her daughter, Debra (Pick) Pequgnot of Springfield, Ohio and her sons, Rick (Kate) Vandolah of Marion; Robert (Debbie) Vandolah of Cedar Rapids; 5 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; Sister, Judy (John) Tomkins of Muscatine, IA.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Wava was born on November 28, 1936, in Muscatine, Iowa, the daughter of John and Lora (Smidt) Yordt. She married Vernon Vandolah on July 24, 1954, in Muscatine, Iowa. Wava was a longtime Marion resident where she was a member of the Jehovah Witnesses. She was a loving wife and a dear friend to all that knew her. She will be truly missed by all.
