Judith "Judy" A. Crew, 84, of Fairfield, passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Judith Ann Crew was born on August 3, 1937 to LeRoy and Sylvia (Eurom) Childs in Newton, Iowa. She was united in marriage to Bruce Crew on October 7, 1955 in Newton, Iowa. Over the years, Judy worked at Mayn's Grocery, Arnold's Motor Supply, City Supply and Equitable. Judy loved visiting with friends and family. She also enjoyed crocheting.
Left to cherish Judy's memory is her loving husband of 66 years, Bruce; children, Mike (Marla) Crew of Fairfield and Pam (Jay) Schulze of Fort Mill, SC; 7 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Becky Manning; brothers, Clarence "Bud" Childs, Ron Childs and Wes Fuller.
