Great memories of Dan. Thoughts going out to Mary and all the family. His comprehensive attention to detail and in-depth research abilities will ever inspire me. A kind, one-of-a-kind, cousin and friend.

Though the miles are many for us cousins, we feel for you all. Like Dale, Don, and Richerd they love helping others. Danny did too. Dave and Danny tried to hold me to take a step. Good memories, most of all he was grounded in faith. Kelvin/Cathy/Sammy/Sara

I was shocked to hear of cousin Dan’s passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I remember his quiet but excellent sense of humor. With that smile. I am grateful for all the memories in our younger years. You’ll be missed, Dan, until we meet again.

Mary, Becky, Sarah, Brodie, Dave, and family, We so appreciated Dan’s quiet devotion of daily attendance to Mecha Ceba’s water monitoring, gathering garbage along our roadways, and gentle smile to greet walkers and drivers-by. We so enjoyed our backyard chats and always admire his yard. He will be deeply missed by us as a neighbor and friend. Kathleen and Randy

Mary and family, Our hearts are so heavy with the loss of Dan. We remember his kindness and quiet strength. Cliff remembers the times when we all went out to eat and the men sat at the end if the table and talked "men talk". He enjoyed it every time! He and Dan always had good talks. Always enjoyed his part in the meeting. He is and will be very missed. Our thoughts are with you with love. Cliff and Wendy

Such a shock to us here & devastating to you. Yet for what he was dealing with the suffering for him is over. As you already alluded to he was a unique man -so caring & comfortable to be around & you knew him as a husband, dad grandfather, son & brother. I marveled at the care each of the family had for each other! I value so much the boundary waters trip I was privileged to go on because Doug was my son-in-law. Glad too for knowing the spiritual side of the family & the fellowship we shared & still share! Glad for Gods comfort in this & hope you know we share in your loss! With all our love Arlene & Ron
