Kenneth W. Hill

Kenneth W. Hill, 66, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, left this world on Nov. 30, 2021, to be with his maker.

Kenneth was born in Chillicothe, Mo., on Oct. 8. 1955. He was born to Charles Kenneth Hill and Mary J Hill. Kenneth grew up and attended school in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Kenneth Married Robin Gabrielson on April 6, 1977, and five children were a result of that union. He earned several certificates at Kirkwood Community College. Kenneth enjoyed listening to music, playing the drums, going for long car rides. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his five kids, 10 grandkids and 10 great-grandkids. Kenneth had a wonderful smile and ferocious sweet tooth and loved a good joke/prank.

He is survived by children, Danita J. Bell (Allen), Danelle K. Hill, Laura B. Whitehall (Jayme), Angela R. Hill and Matthew T. Hill; brothers, Michael Hill and Brian Hill; sister, Carol Gabrielson (Larry Gabrielson); mother, Mary Hill; and 10 grandkids and 10 great-grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Kenneth Hill.

We the family would like to give a special thank-you to Hospice of the Midwest, St. Croix Hospice and Cedar Memorial. We can't thank you enough for the care and support you provided.
