Carol was born on September 28, 1955 in Coudersport, PA. She was the daughter of Jean Freeman Haskins. She graduated from Coudersport High School with the class of 1973. Carol had worked for Lifetime Assistance since 1989. She had a passion for gardening, music, and was the #1 fan of the New Orleans Saints.
Survivors include three children Rachel (Mike) Murtagh of Ely, Jessica Macartney of Ely, and Eric (Kim) Haskins of Brockport, NY, six grandchildren Kasi, Dominik, Klaire, Bryce, Miley, and Khloe, one sister Susan Hess of Florida, one brother Butch Haskins of Florida, and her dearest friend Tammy Tschiderer.
Preceding her in death was her mother and one sister Cathie Haskins.
