Rich and I were friends in high school. He was a great guy. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. May his family and friends find comfort in the Lord God Almighty.
Richie was our paperboy, neighbor, and my friend in Crofton. Such a sweet guy. My deepest condolences to the family.
