Judith was born on January 6, 1939, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Norman R. Sr. and Christine L. (King) Davis. She graduated from Washburn University in Topeka, KS. Judith had worked as a Civil Rights Investigator in Topeka, KS and Cedar Rapids, IA.
Survivors include her children Stacey Daniels of Kansas City, MO, David Love of Wichita, KS, Karen Weatherspoon of Tampa, FL, William Love of Wichita, KS, and Robert Love of Lawrence, KS, three grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death was her parents, son Richard A. Daniels, and brother Robert Norman Davis Jr.
