Anna Mae Papiani, 90, passed away on Thursday, December 30, 2021, surrounded by her immediate family.
She was born on April 23, 1931. On August 2, 1949, she married the love of her life Ross Papiani and together they celebrated 69 years of marriage.
Ann lived a fulfilling life as an amazing wife to her late husband, a loving mother and grandmother, and a caring sister.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, baking, the many trips her and Ross took with friends, and the time she spent dancing the weekends away with Ross. She will be remembered by her smile, hugs, and her favorite color purple.
She is survived by her children John (Carol) Papiani; Mike Papiani; Rose (Dennis) Tiernan; 11 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 4 great great-grandchildren; and sister Carolyn Roemhildt. Proceeding her in death are her mother, husband, and a sister.
Ann and Ross loved New Year's Eve, so we all believe Ann put on her sparkles so her and Ross could celebrate, dancing the night away once again.
She will be missed by many and loved by all forever.
